cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and appointments may need  to be rescheduled or cancelled. However, we value the time of our clients  and our professionals, and we have implemented the following policy to  ensure that everyone's time is respected.

Any appointment change or cancellation within 24 hours of the  scheduled appointment time may incur a 20 percent cancellation fee  based on the total cost of the service(s) booked. This fee will be charged onto the client’s next scheduled appointment or taken at time of  change/cancellation. 

Additionally, any clients who have placed a deposit for their appointment  may potentially lose their deposit if they reschedule or cancel within 24  hours of their scheduled appointment time. This will be determined on a  case-by-case basis at the discretion of the business. 

We encourage our clients to communicate with us as soon as possible if  they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment to avoid any fees or  deposit loss. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please  contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled  appointment time.
